Privacy Policy

Last updated 2 October 2026

The short version: we collect only what we need to teach you and to tell you when RiyazStudios opens. We never sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing rajendra@rajtechsolutions.com.

Who we are

RiyazStudios (riyazstudios.com and the RiyazStudios app) is operated by RajTechSolutions LLC ("we", "us"). For anything about your information, contact rajendra@rajtechsolutions.com.

The waitlist

When you join the waitlist we store your email address, your name if you give it, where you signed up (for example "festival" or "website") and the date. We use it for one purpose: to email you when RiyazStudios opens. We do not add you to other mailing lists, and we never share or sell your address. Ask us any time and we will remove you.

Your RiyazStudios account

If you create an account in the app, we store what is needed to run it:

Practice reminders you set in the app are scheduled on your device and are not sent to us.

How we use it

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Services we rely on

We use a small number of providers to run RiyazStudios. They process data only on our behalf:

How long we keep it

Waitlist entries are kept until the app opens and the launch email is sent, or until you ask us to remove you. Account information is kept while your account is active; if you ask us to delete your account, we delete it and the work saved in it. Records of payments may be kept longer where the law requires.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you, or to remove you from the waitlist, by emailing rajendra@rajtechsolutions.com. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example the UK, EU or California) you may have additional rights, and we will honour them.

Children

Many young students learn tabla. RiyazStudios is not directed at children under 13 without a parent or guardian: a parent should create and manage the account for a child under 13. If you believe a child has given us information without a parent's consent, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Passwords are hashed, connections are encrypted (HTTPS), and lesson videos are delivered only through short-lived signed links. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you if a breach affects you.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date above, and for significant changes we will tell you in the app or by email.
